‘Camera Lucida’ – Beautiful Imperfections

Welcome back to week #19 of Camera Lucida Photo Challenge

This week’s theme: ‘Beautiful Imperfections’

  1. pleasing the senses or mind aesthetically.
  2. a fault, blemish, or undesirable feature.

Welcome back to this week’s Camera Lucida photo challenge…

Share your beautiful imperfection…take a snapshot of that moment in time when a flaw becomes attractive.

This week, I’ve chosen to share my summer imperfections…the sometimes visible faults of nature that make a picture come to life.

Capture your vision of a beautiful flaw…a chip in your favourite cup…the paint that came off an old chair…the oldest book on the shelf that is missing a few pages…

How to join us?

Follow your host and share each week your own vision of the theme.

Create a new post with the title CAMERA LUCIDA followed by the theme name.

The content of the post is completely down to you, share just the photo or be even more creative and tell us the story behind the scene, make it your own.

Feel free to use the ‘Your Gallery’ badge in your post and link back to the last Camera Lucida challenge or just leave a link to your post in the comment box.

Please tag your post #cameralucida so other participants can find the entries on the Reader.

Do not forget to tag and link back, this way your post will be visible to others besides your followers 🙂

You will have seven days to introduce your snapshot to everyone.

At the end of each challenge I will share with you all the entries and introduce you to their makers. Make sure you visit their blogs, share honest feedback and be supportive.

  1. I love this Photo Challenge and your picks for this week, Julia. I’m also so happy to see how great your blog is looking. it’s been awhile since we last connected. (I used to just post on surprisinglives.net) If that helps. Have a great day. 🙂
