Life is sometimes much more simple than we think…
I admit that there are moments when I forget how to enjoy an effortless gesture…a stranger’s smile…a friend’s hug!
Last week we talked about the anxiety of life…and as much as we don’t want to think about it…it’s there, in our every day routine, the weekend rush and the morning call.
Every now and then you meet new people who remind you that happiness does exist and it doesn’t cost a thing…all we have to do is let it happen…let it happen to us, be open and accept the simple but wonderful moments that life is giving us.
…and yes, life is not always fluffy like cotton candy and occasionally it feels like a room with four walls closing slowly around you and even if at some point you do find that window towards the sunrise or the door to a new beginning…we still hang on to the past, to the sorrow and pain that prevents us from appreciating and celebrating what’s good and beautiful in our life.
If today was a good day…why aren’t you smiling?
If you’ve reached your destination…why don’t you stop running?
If your dream came true…why are you not celebrating?
If faith is giving you a hand…why don’t you accept it?
Because the only obstacle between you and happiness is your own willingness to accept it!
Look around…and enjoy the incredible, because it’s happening to you!
When was the last time you’ve enjoyed the moment?
Thank you so much for the amazing contributions in last week’s quote challenge!

Thanks for the shout out and for putting these quotes out there for us to reflect on on a weekly basis.
Ps. I love to read the titles of the participants’ posts. It’s interesting to see how everyone interprets the quote. The titles almost make their own story when grouped together.

Some post don’t have their own title so I try interpret the content and gave it the best title for the link back:)
